We offer full refunds and replacements for all purchases under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged upon arrival or faulty upon immediate use – this excludes misuse
- The product received was incorrectly described in the listing
- Incorrect product received
Listings that are stated as no returns may not be eligible for a return, refund or replacement unless faulty or not fit for
purpose.
If you have changed your mind about an item we will also accept a return (at your cost) within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unopened, unused and in re-sellable condition. In this case, we will also only be able to refund what you paid for the item(s) not the shipping cost.
