As we operate online only, we generally do not allow pickup.
We offer combined shipping. Please leave a message in the auction and we will sort something out for you.
There is a surcharge for all Rural addresses, please choose the shipping option carefully. If the surcharge is not paid, we may hold your order until it’s paid. This does not apply to “Freeshipping” auctions.
Our courier service is non-signature required. Please let us know if you like the parcel to be signed.
We process orders from Mon-Fri, 5 days a week. Our general dispatch time frame is 24 – 48 hours during business days.
The target courier delivery timeframe is one business day for Urban address and 2-3 business days for Rural address. These targets are guidelines only and we can never guarantee on the actual delivery time frame. Once the parcel is out of our warehouse, it’s all up to the courier. However, we will do our best to assist our customers to speed up the process.
