| | *AVOID*bought a xbox through them . I chose pick up they told me 1-3 days . then told me they having problems it's now 7 days later with no address for pick up they say they have xboxs for sale and in stock but yet why haven't I been able to get the one I ordered. I have emailed and ask again after a week what is happening and they have yet stil to reply to me . this company after looking at the reviews are doing this alot . they are messing round to much it is quite clear they are not honest. |

Purchased and paid for a Xbox within 12 hours of winning auction, told by seller it was faulty and new one would take longer, told it was sent, it never arrived, ask for refund and still waiting for 3 weeks. Every excuse in the book given, i have contacted trade me and will take this further- these are the worst traders I have seen! And why are they still trading here??

| | I bought a Playstation on the 19 may and it was never sent kept sending emails telling me 4-6 days. They advertised something the never even had in stock. I'm still waiting for my refund they keep telling me 3-8 days to process.It's been 8 working days and no refund notifications.This was a gift for my son birthday he didn't receive im a struggling single mum and im out of pocket.They won't answer business phone. Worst trade I've ever had.Don't trust them they don't have stock listed.Rip off! |

| | Arrived with an existing ding at bottom left hand corner, has a minor screen scratch (not visible when turned on), and an "expired" version of Windows 11. Definitely not the same unit as shown in photos. But it does the job, i'm using my own hardware and Windows licence, and for the price I paid i'm not making a fuss, just noting some observations. |

I’ve had to take formal steps to try and recover my money. The account appears to be Ezyland ltd - A quick online search suggests who might really be behind this. Many items are listed as in stock when they’re not. I'm posting this to warn others shop elsewhere. I have replied to all emails and requests from the seller to just be told more lies. |

After multiple emails chasing them up regarding delivery it was established they weren't able to deliver the iPad I purchased so I was told I'd be refunded.
I've spent the better part of 2 months trying to get my $1.2k back & i was also hastled repeatedly by them to change my negative feedback.
They were shifty about providing proof of the refund despite saying they would and it took contacting trademe and afterpay to get any progress. |
