Never received product damaged and they didn’t send it 

Don't waist your time with this seller. Listed something that wasn't even in stock. Asked for refund and took weeks to get anything. Read all other reviews, they speak for themselves 

Unfortunately, due to a complete lack of correspondence and the refund not being issued as promised, I’ve had to initiate the Trade Me Resolution Process. This is incredibly disappointing, especially as my son had been saving up for this item for quite some time. I had hoped this could be resolved directly, but after repeated attempts to contact the seller with continual promises but no positive resolution, I’ve had no choice but to escalate it.

Hey I haven’t received the Xbox I canceled it the correct way through trademe agers ago and said we weren’t going ahead with it and requested a refund but I haven’t been refunded and have still been paying for it through my afterpay just wanting them to reply to sort it out thanks Mike 

LIAR LIAR LIAR - total BS from these scammers. See Reddit posts of many who have been screwed. No comms - only when chased. Never rx'd tracking numbers. Had to file a dispute so they refunded to keep TradeMe off their back. Ray has good comms skills when he actually does email, but thats a good CON ARTIST. Stay away people. 

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Very poor experience. Item not sent despite multiple reassurances. Ordered 2 weeks before my daughter's birthday (shipping estimate was 3–8 days), but it never arrived. Communication was slow and only came after I chased them. Was told it would ship after the birthday—didn't happen. Eventually told they'd refund me, but even that was delayed until I contacted Trade Me directly. Would not buy from this seller again. 

Please beware! Do NOT trade with this trader. Communication is only when there is money to be made. As soon as I finish paying, communication stopped via my purchase being sent out :( Havnt had this with any other traders! 

Would not trade again with this company. Not only is there a lack of communication, but they do not meet timeframes provided on listings. I have been offered a refund due to the unsatisfactory service with this company & yet no one has got back to me to confirm the refund has been issued.

I first ordered my Xbox thinking I was getting my order in a week or so but nah turns out to be a month wait I emailed for a refund and they emailed back saying the Xbox was broken and I asked for my refund waited 7 days for my refund for them to message and say let trade me handle It I let trade me handle it I haven’t gotten my money and I’m getting pissed off where is my refund 

2 weeks and no supply Communications have stopped Requested a refund.... not holding breath Deal with them at your peril There physical business address is a storage unit number in national storage building in ellerslie

Received Switch and was wrong colour to the one pictured Also I didn’t receive this until 9 days later which is pretty slow Got it in the end hence neutral feedback

purchased item for daughters birthday on the 9 of september, its now the 3rd of october and still have not received the item! have been emailing them back and forth with all types of excuses given. absolutely useless 

Purchased and paid for on 14th September according to the email I received We take 4-6 business days to deliver your order after the payment is received. It’s now been 19 days dispute sent to trade me finally received an email to say item is on its way that was on 1st October not sure if tracking is legit as it’s showing it hasn’t been picked up definitely wouldn’t purchase again from this trader

Took 3 weeks to arrive, not 3-4 days. Item is dirty and will need to have all the vents and surfaces cleaned. Not "restored for the new user" as noted in the auction. Best we can say is it eventually arrived and it does work.

Did not complete trade due failure to receive product. There was one problem after another with little to no resolution so I requested a refund. 

Please beware of this seller. I’ve since seen that a lot of other buyers have had the same experience, so it seems to be a pattern. I waited over a week for my order to be shipped, only to be told at the last minute that there was suddenly an “issue” that needed to be fixed just as they were going to ship. This meant I was expected to keep waiting indefinitely with no clear timeframe. Very frustrating and misleading. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this seller. 

Waited 5 weeks for the item to arrive only to find out it is not working, I purchased another item from this buyer at the same time and that was not working either suuuuuper frustrating. I am left with the hassle of getting my money back.
