Shipping
Our target is for all products to leave our premises within 48 hours of payment. We ship daily except weekends and public holidays. All parcels are sent via couriers with tracking. It normally takes 2-3 working day to arrive (except rural delivery takes about 2 extra working days). Upon shipment we will send you an email confirmation with link and tracking number to follow your order.
Pick up
Pick up address is 9 Neilpark Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland.
Sunday to Friday: 9am – 6pm. (Closed on Saturday and Public Holiday)
Please kindly advise your reference number when you arrive.
