Conditions for Return: If the delivered product is damaged/defective or a mismatch, then the customer may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of the original delivery date
1. Product Return will be permitted only through a RMA number
2. Post issuance, RMA number will expire within 7 days. Hence, we encourage our customers to return the product at the earliest
3. Goods returned without a valid RMA number will not be processed for refunds and may face an additional levy
4. Goods returned without any defect/damage or a mismatch are subject to a restocking fee (20% of sale price) Kindly note, store returns are not liable for refund. Also, Beauty & Health category products are not eligible for return under any scenario
Criteria for Issuing a Refund or Replacement : If the delivered product is damaged/defective or a mismatch, then the customer can put forth request for a replacement or refund
1. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund
2. Photographic proof with proper reasoning is a requisite for substantiating the damage
3. Only item price refund would be issued. Shipping cost from USA to buyer country, Tax, and Customs will be deducted. A replacement, if available, will be provided for the same or else a full refund will be issued
Shipping for Return:
1. All shipping charges will be borne by the customer
2. The shipping charges will be refunded under the following scenarios
a. Products Damaged/defective on Arrival
b. Erroneous Product shipped by our store
3. Select a carrier of choice for returning the package. K
indly specify the address and the RMA number while filling out the bill of lading. For traceability, kindly utilize a carrier service which provides delivery confirmation once the product has been shipped from your end. This can be shared with us accordingly.
