Blacklist Policy
Fleetwise has a Blacklist Policy in place to protect our clients’ auctions and to ensure the Fleetwise staff and suppliers can process sales efficiently.
Please note the below Fleetwise Blacklist Policy, as to why a TradeMe user could be added to our blacklist.
- Poor feedback rating, or new user/no trading history
- Negatively impacting or manipulating the auction via the Q&A section
- Failed to comply with Fleetwise T&Cs on the auction (No contact, no/late payment or late collection incurring extra storage charges etc)
- Unsatisfactory behaviour or treatment to Fleetwise staff or it’s service suppliers
