We provide Free Shipping within New Zealand for most of the orders that have a total cart value of $150.00 (GST inclusive) and above. Please check the shipment options on product page as we have some exclusions.
Free shipping does not apply to large Flated items.
The free shipping offer does not apply to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Chatham Island. Please enquire before buying for shipping rates to these locations.
All orders are shipped via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address has someone available to accept and sign for the package.
A copy of your tax invoice and tracking details will be sent to you the following day that order gets dispatched.
We typically dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery takes 2–10 business days after dispatch, with rural deliveries possibly taking longer in some areas.
