| | Product was not as described. It is NOT a Vacu vin pump. It is a Wine Saver pump and it doesn't work. Emailed the seller 3 times describing the problem and requested a refund twice. Seller said "I have mentioned twice before that if you are not satisfied, we can offer you a refund. We hope you can give us a good review, but you have not replied". Do I have lie in a review to get a refund? I prefer to warn other buyers that you might get a different product and stalling if you complain. |
