Warranty
We offer a return to base 1-year Manufacturer Warranty on any faults in product materials and function (eg. fabric, stitching, zips, poles, etc). If you detect a manufacturing fault, please contact us ASAP by email or call on 0272960688). Rest assured, we are totally committed to your complete satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any and all product problems.
PLEASE NOTE: The warranty does not cover minor seam leakage. With all cotton Bell Tents there's a break-in period requiring a couple of cycles of soaking & drying for the seams to shrink slightly and become fully waterproof. HOWEVER, if you don't want to wait until the offending seam seals of its own accord then a touch of waterproofing will sort it out.
