Please read through our terms and condition prior to purchasing or placing a bid as all sales are final and non-refundable. If you require any further information or wish to clarify any points, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be glad to assist you in any way possible.

We will not refund if:

- You simply 'change your mind'

- Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be

* If there's any dispute, we will handle the situation fairly into a win win situation

* Customers are entitled to a full refund if product received is not as described on auction page

* We will post a positive feedback for every successful transaction

* Please email us to resolve any dispute prior posting a negative or neutral feedback, we consider the transaction finalized once a negative feedback is posted. Further assistance or facility will automatically be withdrawn

* Customers are required to report to us any defective product within 7 days from received date.

* All our product comes with a 3 year manufacturer / distributor warranty (Otherwise stated)

* All faulty products are required to shipped back to us for any claims of warranty (at customer's Expense, Including any other related costs)

* We will inspect all returned products. If product found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will be decline automatically
