We do not offer returns (refunds, exchanges and/or store credit) on change of mind or items on SALE, so

FAULTY RETURNS
At Goods4U, we pride ourselves on everything being perfect with a high level of quality, however we
understand that there may be times where you need to return an item purchased from us.
If there is any fault with the products supplied, please email and make us aware of the situation along
with proof of purchase along with photos and a video.

We insist that all items are returned to us at customers expense in an original, resalable condition in
order for us to process refunds or exchanges. We will charge 20% re-stocking fees and also deduct the
initial postage cost which we incurred.

We will then issue you a repair, replacement, exchange or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds for faulty products, your return request will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt.

HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM
