Shipping

Once your order is placed through Trade Me, GoodsDirect2U aims to have your order processed and ready for dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of payment (Monday to Friday).
 
Smaller items are sent by Castle Parcel or Post Haste and larger items/ heavier items by PBT.
 
Delivery Address:
 
Please submit all address details through Trade Me this can be found under: My Trade Me -> Won -> Auction -> Submit Address Details.
 
Please remember to provide a contact number as required by our courier.
 
Sorry we cannot send items to PO boxes.

On occasion courier / transport companies cannot deliver to remote areas, in this instance the courier / transport company may nominate an address the item can be collected from or may offer to deliver for an additional charge. Please ask if you are unsure.

Parcel Delivery Times:
 
Christchurch: 1-2 days.
 
South Island: 1-3 days.
 
North Island: 2-5 days.
 
Please note these are only estimates and due to deliveries being made by a third party we cannot and do not guarantee these times. For more accurate time frames we suggest you contact the courier directly or follow the track and trace details sent to your email after dispatch.
 
Rural / Non Urban Delivery:
 
Rural / Non Urban delivery is based off what our couriers Post Haste, Castle Parcel or PBT Transport class your address as, unfortunately we do not decide what is and what isn't, these extra charges are compulsory and passed on to you at our cost.
 
If your address is rural / non urban please pay the extra charges or provide us with a alternative delivery address which is a  urban address, alternatively most of the time you can pickup from the main city freight depots to avoid these charges, if you wish to do this please make a note in the delivery instructions. If you’re unsure please ask. Failure to do so will result in a delay in receiving your order, as the goods will not shipped until rural delivery charges have been paid.
 
Rural Delivery can take an additional 1-2 days.

We are located at 589 Mount Thomas Road in Fernside (7 minutes out of Rangiora).
We don’t accept credit card on site only Eftpos or Cash.

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
10am - 12pm Saturday
Closed public holidays

Order Missing or Damaged? 
 
All items which are shipped must be completely unpacked and inspected before being signed for, if the item is damaged, you must sign the signature as "damaged" and the purchaser must let GoodsDirect2U Ltd know within 24 hours.
If you have placed an order and believe it has gone missing you must notify us within 7 days of payment of the order.
