We aim to despatch all our orders the day that payment is confirmed in our account. We dispatch all orders Mon to Friday by 1 PM with track and trace service. Orders received outside these hours will be dispatched the next working day.
We have free shipping on orders that are above $50.
Our delivery is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox.
Unfortunately, our courier services will not deliver to P O Boxes so a street address is required for all purchases.
Please ensure you choose an address where someone will be present to receive the delivery, such as a work address. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Goodthings takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
Delivery to rural addresses and remote areas can add additional time to the delivery and customers who live in these regions need to be aware their delivery times may be longer.
We are predominantly an internet-based business; however, we allow pick-ups for local customers by arrangement. If you are interested in pick-up, please let us know we will give you a pick-up address and we can arrange a mutually acceptable time. You can drop a message on team@goodthings.co.nz
