| | Four weeks after paying, I received a tracking link (after complaining), which has had no update for 10 days now. My furniture may or may not still arrive, but it's been nearly 6 weeks since I ordered, which I find unacceptable, given that the timeframe advised for delivery was 2-4 weeks. I cannot pass judgment on the item, as I still haven't received it, but based on the experience with a lack of communication and adherence to timeframes, I am less than delighted. |
