Returns policy-
REFUNDS POLICY GYT offers a full 60 day money back guarantee on all items we sell subject to the following terms and conditions If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at sales@grabyourtackle.com.au and we will make arrangements for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping once goods have been returned to us. All goods must be in original condition, original packaging and fit for resale. If they are not we will NOT offer a refund under any circumstances Cost of shipping the goods back to us is the sole responsibility of the purchaser as we do not pay return shipping fees unless the item is deemed by us GYT to be faulty or not as described GYT does not and will not refund the cost of shipping your item to or from our facilities under any circumstances We will only offer a refund on the original purchase price less shipping if the item is faulty, or not as described If you simply change your mind or decide you don't want the item we will NOT offer a refund as this in not a valid reason for returning an item Please choose carefully on this basis. Please be aware all goods are shipped from Australia and shipping times will vary and can take up to 14 days, please note that your country may charge additional import duty on products purchased internationally and it is your responsibility to find out if any customs or import duties/taxes would apply.
