7. Warranty and Returns
 
7.1 How to tell us about problems: Please contact us if you have any complaints about the Product or questions about returns.
 
7.2 Returning Products: If any Product doesn’t correspond with what you have ordered, or you believe it was delivered to you in a damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible following delivery. We may require photographic evidence and/or a sample of the damaged Product. If we agree that any Product was incorrectly delivered, or delivered to you in a damaged condition, then we will either refund the value of the Product by crediting your payment card, or replace the Product where replacement is possible. 
 
7.3 Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA):  Subject to clause 10.5, you may also have additional rights in relation to Products under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). 
 
8. Our intellectual property
 
8.1 We own the intellectual property in our Store: We own or have obtained a valid licence to use all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights used by us and all such intellectual property rights will remain solely with us and/or our licensors (as the case may be).
 
8.2 You must not use our intellectual property: You do not have any right, title, or interest in the trade names, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, patents, domain names, product names, catalogs or any other intellectual property rights reserved by us, or any such rights owned by our manufacturers and/or suppliers. All materials contained in our catalogs or on our web pages are owned by us or our manufacturers and/or suppliers. You have no right to copy or use our intellectual property or that of our manufacturers and/or suppliers without our permission.
