Payments

Contact and Payment must be made within 3 days once winning the auction. Payment

instruction will be sent automatically after a few minutes from the auction closing time. It

will include our bank account information for the Direct Deposit payments, the pickup

location and opening hours.

NOTE: it sometimes takes a couple of WORKING days for your payment to appear in

our bank statement. Please include the auction number and Reference number with

your payment, Failure to do so may result in your order being delayed. If you do not

receive feedback within 5 Working Days of making the Payment, please contact us

to ensure that payment has been received.

Layby:

4 Week lay-by is available on purchases totaling $100 or higher.

To do a lay-by you need to use the buy now, then send me your full delivery address and

phone number and I will quote combined courier if you buy more than 1 items, 20% deposit is

to be paid into our bank account within 3 days, the balance is to be paid over the next 4

weeks.

You have up to 7 days to change your mind after the initial deposit. However, if we didn't

receive any written notice from you within this 7 days period, and you decide to change your

mind, we will not refund your initial deposit.
