Returns
Store Return Policy
Proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges or refunds.
We will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days.
It is the buyer’s responsibilities for any cost in shipping goods back to us in the unlikely event you have a problem.
A 20% handling fee for all refunded items shall apply for restocking.
All goods returned or exchanged must be in the original condition.
Refund policy
We will replace or exchange goods if the item is:

Defective

Incorrectly described online in the auction
If we are unable to replace the exact same item we will refund or exchange for a similar item.
We will not refund if:

You change your mind.

Good are not what you expected.

You find a lower price elsewhere.

Goods you buy for another party which they already have or don’t like.
All goods must be checked visually by the purchaser and signed for prior to leaving the shop acknowledging acceptance and the condition of the good purchased.
We take no responsibility for any damage after the goods have left our premises.
The purchaser must retain the original invoice as proof of purchase. Incidental or consequential damage attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of defective product is excluded from our warranty. We are not liable for any costs incurred if good are found to be faulty after installation.
