Returns
For a phone that arrives damaged or that meets our warranty conditions, please inform us immediately and we will pay to have the phone returned. We will endeavour to fix any faults, though if the phone cannot be fixed we will provide a replacement. If we cannot replace the phone, the customer will be refunded. We do not accept responsibility for phones damaged by users. Users who change their mind will not be refunded.
