Change of mind:
The returning item(s) must be in an unused, unopened condition with original packaging and accessories and are 100% suitable for resale. Return freight charges must be covered by the customer. The full product value, minus the shipping, will be refunded to the customer.
In case of replacing faulty or incorrect products, we will re-ship the new or correct item to the customer for free. If any faulty or damaged products need to be sent back to us, the amount of returning freight we cover is only up to the freight paid to us at the initial sale.
