Can I pick up?
Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer pick ups, drop offs or meet ups and we do not have a showroom or a physical retail store.
Do you have a phone number I can contact you on?
HomeMart aim to operate fully online basis, to cut sales person and operational cost, in order to offer nominal price on our products. Hence we do not have a contact number at the moment.
Will I receive a Tax Invoice with my purchase?
Yes! You could request that from our Customer Service team or you will find this invoice enclosed in an envelope on your parcel upon arrival.
Can I combine shipping?
You sure can for small items, our general rule of thumb for combined shipping is you will pay full postage for the item with the highest freight with additional charge applied.
Just buy now one item then contact us and our customer support team will make arrangements for you.
Please note, larger items will have different combined shipping rates or cannot be combined at all.
Do you offer layby?
Unfortunately, we do not offer layby however we do offer AfterPay for most of our listings.
