| | Easy sale BUT communications were pretty terrible - no actual order confirmation from seller and had to send two emails to find out when item was being shipped. Was told shipper would get in touch with me to arrange delivery, didn’t hear anything, and the found the box sitting outside my house in the rain a few days later. |

| | I bought a two-box shoe cabinet and was promised tracking details, which I never received. The order was delivered without my knowledge, and when I eventually found it, one box was missing, containing the mirrors needed to complete it.
HomeMart relied on a courier photo showing both boxes and refused to replace the missing box or refund me, despite acknowledging the missing tracking information. I’m now escalating to the Disputes Tribunal. Very disappointing customer service and resolution |
