Can I call and speak to someone?
Yes you can, please call 07 377 2081, 8.00am to 5pm Monday – Friday, if our lines are busy please leave your name & phone number and we will return your call asap.
General or technical query’s?
Please do not use our trademe listings to ask other general or technical questions that are not related to the product listed. You are better to send us an email us with your query, please include your phone number as it will be more productive for us to call you, likewise if you have a detailed technical query please email us a brief outline of your query along with your vehicle details, i.e. year, make, model, kms, manual or auto, sedan or ute, mods if any, we will call you as soon as we are available. However due to our busy schedule it may take us a couple of days to get back to you.
Is it really free shipping NZ wide?
Yes that option is available with most of our products where listed, with Toll Parcels only.
However rural freight delivery charges do apply, please refer to our listing freight options.
How long does it take?
Typically items with Toll Parcels are delivered within 2 to 3 working days for North Island & 5 to 6 days for South Island, plus an extra day NI or SI if its rural delivery. We offer overnight freight options via selected couriers. Please refer to our shipping options within the listing and select whichever option you prefer.
Can you ship Overseas?
Yes we can ship to selected countries, please email or call us to discuss the options & costs.
Do you carry items in stock?
Yes we carry a comprehensive range of genuine OEM and aftermarket parts in our store - in some cases we might sell out and do not have a chance to withdraw the auction or replace parts and may need to get it in from our suppliers overnight. We will work with you to fulfil the order in the shortest timeframe possible. We do represent many overseas brands, these are shipped direct to us from their warehouses and transit times take time, if in doubt please contact us. We also can indent specific orders from overseas.
Is the listing for a set of brake rotors and pads?
We typically sell brake rotors in pairs and pads in sets to suit front or rear applications.
