Returns
We are always here to help and if there is a problem with your purchase, we will always try our best to rectify the problem as quickly as we can. We have great after sales support, so you won’t be left in the lurch. Any faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are fully returnable. Where possible at our discretion a repair or replacement will be provided. If a repair or replacement product is not possible a refund will be given.
However, we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or because the item was not what you thought it was or what you expected it to be. Please make sure the products are compatible and applicable for your vehicle prior to your purchase. Returns outside of faults, incorrectly supplied or warranty will incur a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
Goods bought at a clearance price cannot be returned for credit.
Returned parts before they are returned must be pre-approved with us by phone call within 7 days of receipt of your consignment, the parts must be returned back to our store within 14 days of your purchase, they must be in a resalable, unused, undamaged condition, with the original packaging. All returns outside of faults, incorrectly supplied or warranty, the freight / tracking costs are to be met by the buyer.
