Warranty
IPV stands behind all our products supplied and they carry 90 days warranty from the date of purchase.
Some products are not warranted unless proof of fitting from a qualified automotive technician is supplied. This will vary depending on the product purchased, if unsure please ask before placing your order.
Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Warranty does not cover damage from user abuse, accident, wear and tear, lack of scheduled maintenance or inappropriate or improper operation or installation, modification or alteration of product or any attempt to repair the product. Warranty does not cover products fitted to a vehicle that is operated at a racetrack, drag strip, club event, whether official or amateur event. Warranty does not cover labour or installation costs.
Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
We recommend opening the consignment straight away upon receipt of your order to inspect the contents. For returns please refer to our returns section.
