Shipping
Deliveries will be dispatched by courier either the same day or the next working day after payment is received. Be aware that larger items can take between 2 – 5 days for the courier to deliver and it may take a few days for payment to show in our bank account.
We cannot deliver to P.O. BOX.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their delivery address is correct before making any purchase. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or be responsible for any delays if the buyer decides to modify their address after purchase, but we will try our best to assist.
IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK PRODUCT FULLY BEFORE PLACING HIS/HER SIGNATURE FOR THE COURIER.
The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 24 hours of receiving the item. K Power Tools reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.
IN NO EVENT, SHALL K Power Tools HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AGAINST ANY SIGNED SHIPMENT.
