All orders are sent via Poste Haste or Aramex and are dispatched within 5 working days from the date you place your order.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping is free when you spend over $250. We have increased the number of delivery regions available. These are our current delivery areas and charges:
Auckland & Hamilton $7
Upper North Island $10
Lower North Island $12
South Island $15
Waiheke Island $25
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We're sorry we only offer shipping within NZ at this stage.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES?
We recommend you ship your order to a location where someone will be available to receive it such as a workplace. Poste Haste or Aramex should leave your parcel in a safe location. If unable to do so, they will leave a card for re-delivery or pickup.
