Warranty

We stand behind all our products. All our products are covered by a 12 month return to base warranty. This means that the buyer pays for returning goods to us and we will fix or replace the faulty products at our discretion. Refund will be given only if a replacement is not available. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer. Shipping fee is not refundable. Warranty does not cover unauthorized repairs, incorrect assembly, misuse, lack of maintenance, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed. Warranty excludes products used for commercial purposes.

Return Policy - If for any reason the product we sent you turns out to be faulty, our customer service centre is only an email away. We will endeavour to resolve the technical issue/fault as a matter of priority.  Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your purchase we will assist you in line with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
