You have the right to return the item you purchased within 30 calendar days from the order’s receipt date, as long as you let us know the return reason.

KOOLFLY shall issue a refund through Ping, corresponding to the value of the purchased item. KOOLFLY will not refund postage of any kind. Buyer pays for the return postage in all cases.
In the unlikely event that the item is defective or significantly different from the Trade Me listing, KOOLFLY will also refund the return postage PROVIDED that the buyer sends a scanned copy of the proof of postage by emailing us at info@koolfly.com.
All refunds will be completed within 14 calendar days of the return receipt and according to the tracking information provided. In case the buyer decides to use a carrier without tracking information, KOOLFLY will not be held liable if the return goes missing.

Order Cancellation
If you change your mind before or after we receive your cleared payment, you are welcome to request a cancellation of the transaction. In the sole event that your order has already been dispatched, KOOLFLY will not be able to cancel a transaction.
