| | Seller put the wrong buy now price which I understand but had negative attitude from my initial contact. They even went out their way to make it like it was my fault that they put the wrong price and I clicked buy now because it was cheap???
They even emailed me saying "where on earth you can buy BGW WHEELS for 50 cents".
I don't think this seller understands that Trademe auctions are legal binding auctions, becuase if they did they wouldn't have that attitude over the phone and emails.

| | We called him up straight away to inform that it is a typo on our end as it was listed by a Newbie but he threatened to inform TM and started talking about his legal rights etc. We explained to him that its a human error and please excuse us for that but he kept on arguing and finally we left it there.
My employee even apologized to him and offered him the wheels for $500 (20" BGW) but was not co-operative at all. |
