Kultured Tech NZ is dedicated to giving you the best online shopping experience. 
 
We list all of our products with a full description and accurate photo’s to help you make the best decision possible, along with answering all questions asked as quickly as possible.
 
If any product you purchase is confirmed to have a manufacturer fault, we will offer a replacement product or at our discretion offer a full refund including courier costs. 
 
This doesn’t include however damage or accidental breakage of a product.  
 
Exchanges
 
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after purchase.
 
If you are unsure about a product before purchasing you are invited to ask in the questions section to find out more information. We have an excellent product knowledge and can answer all questions quickly.
 
If you have a genuine reason for needing to exchange a product we are human, please contact us immediately. We can work on a case by case basis to reach a suitable solution, our customer service may surprise you.
 
Returns Procedure
 
Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your product fault. Many technical issues can be resolved over the phone or via email.
 
If a product fails this step, we will organise a courier to collect the item from your home/business at our cost and check the fault. If it is repairable we will return the item to you.
 
If it is deemed to be faulty then we will send out a replacement item.
