* For pick up auctions, please make sure all the items are back to the original package and bring  them back to warehouse within three days, after team checked will do the refund.

* For shipping auctions, please print the return ticket we will book courier to pick up and after we received items back we will manage to send replacement or do the refund (exclusive postage ).
