Shipping
We aim to process and ship your chosen piece of jewellery within 2 to 3 working days. If you need your item shipped quicker then please do send us an email and we will be happy to expedite the processing time for you. Whilst this is not guaranteed due to how busy the workshop is, we can normally accommodate this request.
We will ship your item for FREE by Royal Mail International Signed For. A signature will be required upon delivery. This will take 7-14 days and will be delivered by your New Zealand Postman.
If you wish you may pay for expedited shipping ($55 NZD) by Fedex or DHL. This normally takes 4 working days once the order has shipped and will be fully trackable on the Fedex or DHL website.
