Orders are shipped from our Sydney Warehouse within 1 business day of ordering. All parcels are sent Trackable Post and generally arrive to NZ Metro areas within 4 business days.
We send our parcels signature required. This means if you are not home to accept the order it will be carded.
Please note any parcels returned to us unclaimed will require further charges for re-delivery. Charges will be quoted based on actual postage costs at the time.
