Once your goods products have been dispatched for delivery, your order cannot be changed.
We do not have to provide refunds for change of mind!

1. We do not process transactions after 12pm lunchtime on Fridays, Weekend and Public holidays closed.
2. Transactions are processed Monday to Friday lunchtime.
3. Shipping is only processed Monday to Friday lunchtime.
4. We do not operate/process transactions on Friday lunchtime and weekends and public holidays.
5. Any additional information about your order can be contact from the transaction details

6. WE do not have to accept a terms of refund or give a refund when the transaction is half completed/the delivery goods are in transit and the customer wants to cancel the order. When the transaction has been paid for and the monies have been received and goods are shipped and in transit, this is deemed as the business transaction is being fullfilled and cancelling is considered as CHANGE OF MIND.
7. Refunds are provided on a case by case situation.
