We are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you receive any item(s) that you are not happy with for any reason, just contact us by email or phone within 30 days of placing your order online with us. Any item(s) that are being returned MUST be in the same condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund the item(s) price (not including postage). Postage cost for returning of any item(s) will be at the customers expense. We will also post out your exchange item(s) free of charge. For returns on sale items we will exchange or give you a credit note that will last up to 12 months.
