Pick up
Payment instructions containing all our address details and opening hours are sent automatically when the auction closes. Occasionally we will send a separate email for larger items with a slightly different address. Pick up is always in Merivale, Christchurch.
Items are available the morning after your auction closes and must be picked up within 5 days. So for example, if you win an auction on a Monday, it is available as soon as the store opens on Tuesday and must be collected by Saturday. We request that you print out a copy of your auction so we can find your item/s promptly. If you are unable to do this then please write down your trader name, auction name and the date it was won to bring into us. We run up to 400 auctions a week so it is imperative that you have this information with you when you come in to collect.
Shipping
We’re happy to combine post wherever possible. Please tick the correct postal option for all trades and email us asking for a combined price prior to making payment. If paying by Credit Card we will refund the difference in post. We package to a very high standard and expect all items to arrive promptly and in the condition they were described. Auctions are couriered via track and trace and delivery can be expected within 24-48 hours with the exception of weekends, rural delivery and extreme weather conditions. We’ll send email confirmation when your item is on its way so you know when to expect it.
