Warranty
All goods come with a 12-month warranty against defective parts and workmanship (unless stated otherwise) for domestic use. Seconds or ex display goods being sold in an ‘as is where is’ condition do not come with these warranties. Mico reserve the right to assess, repair, replace or service any warranty claims as they see fit.
The above warranties exclude:
- any defect, damage, or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, abuse or neglect, accidental damage, or improper installation or other alterations or modifications which affect the reliability or performance of the item not attributed to faulty manufacture;
- the replacement of products where damage is caused by water pressure is outside the recommended levels, where the hot water temperature exceeds 55°C;
- claims which have not been notified to Mico within ninety (90) days of the problem first appearing; and
- consequential loss or damage due to the product.]
An invoice/packing slip is to be presented for all warranty claims. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 also applies for all Consumer customers (as defined under that Act). Clause 9 of Mico’s Retail Terms of Sale apply to all sales.
