It's not too often these days that you experience exemplary customer service; so I thought I would post a note to say how amazing Moana Spas have been. We are loving the spa we recently bought from them; however last week in their excitement and haste to get in the kids pulled off the cover without unclipping it and broke one of the brackets. Yesterday I called Moana to see if I could order a replacement, without any hassle David had one on the courier for me, free of charge! Thanks so much guys!
