Feedback
Please view our feedback. It gives good assurance of our customers' opinions of our standard of service.
We encourage feedback within the Trade Me community. We will place feedback on all completed auctions. If you are satisfied with your purchase we would appreciate you doing the same.
Please email or call us to resolve any dispute prior to posting a negative or neutral feedback. Negative feedback does not help resolve an issue whereas a phone call will.

Many of our customers that are pleased with their purchase from us, come back for all their mobile communication requirements. We suggest you put us in your Favourites so you can easily find us for any future purchases.

Refund Policy:
  1. Refunds will only be offered on items that arrive dead on arrival, are damaged in transit or are defective and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.
  2. Refunds will not be offered if items are not compatible with buyers system OR buyer is unable to operate or assemble item. Buyer must ensure that systems are checked for compatibility prior to purchase/bidding.
  3. Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
  4. Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind, or if item is 'not what you expected'.
  5. Original postage charges are non-refundable.
  6. All items must be returned to us for full assessment before a refund will be issued.
Privacy
We respect privacy and confidentiality. Personal details you provide are appropriately treated. We are aware of our obligations and the trust you place in us. Your details will never be provided to a third party.
