DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS
Motor Machinists will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement or refund where:

The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or

The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or

The product does not match the sample or our description; and
-
You can present your Trade Me receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon receipt of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the incorrect item.
Claims must be received within seven days of receipt of goods
Please contact us before attempting to return goods. Warranty terms do vary between items. We will attempt to deal with warranty claims within 24 hours due, however delays will occur in some instances.
