About the store
Motor Morgue is a New Zealand motorcycle parts business based in Auckland, New Zealand.
We specialise in dismantling motorcycles and supplying quality used parts to riders, mechanics, workshops, restorers and DIY enthusiasts throughout New Zealand. We also source and supply brand-new OEM parts where available.
Our inventory can include everything from engines and mechanical components to bodywork, electrical parts, wheels, suspension, exhaust systems, controls, trim and smaller replacement components.
Quality Used Parts
Buying used doesn't have to mean buying poor quality.
We inspect our used parts as carefully as practical before listing them and provide photographs and descriptions to help you assess their condition before purchasing.
Because used motorcycle parts have previously been fitted to a vehicle, some signs of use, cosmetic wear, marks or minor imperfections should be expected. Where we are aware of significant damage, faults or other issues that could affect the part's suitability, we aim to identify these in the listing.
If you're unsure about the condition of a particular part, please contact us before purchasing. We're happy to provide additional information or photographs where possible.
Genuine OEM Parts
Motor Morgue also supplies brand-new OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) motorcycle parts.
OEM parts are genuine replacement components manufactured for the relevant motorcycle manufacturer or supplied through its authorised parts network. These can be an excellent option when you want a new replacement rather than a used component.
OEM availability varies depending on the motorcycle, model year and individual part. If you can't find the part you're looking for, contact us and we may be able to source it.
Motorcycle Compatibility
Motorcycle parts can vary significantly between model years, variants and markets.
A part that looks similar may not necessarily be compatible with your motorcycle.
Always check the part number, model information and compatibility details before ordering. If you're unsure whether a part will fit your bike, contact us before purchasing and we'll do our best to help confirm compatibility.
When contacting us about a part, providing your:
* Motorcycle make
* Model
* Year
* VIN/chassis number, where appropriate
* Engine number, where appropriate
* Existing part number
* Photos of your existing component
can help us identify the correct part more accurately.
