FAQs
Where is Motor Morgue located?
Motor Morgue is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
We sell motorcycle parts to customers throughout New Zealand.
Do you sell used motorcycle parts?
Yes. Used motorcycle parts are a major part of what we do.
Our inventory comes from motorcycles that have been dismantled, allowing us to provide customers with access to replacement parts that may otherwise be difficult or expensive to find.
Do you sell brand-new parts?
Yes. We also supply brand-new OEM parts where available.
If you can't find the new part you're looking for on the website, contact us. We may be able to source it.
How do I know if a part will fit my motorcycle?
The safest way is to check the manufacturer's part number and compatibility information.
Motorcycles can have different components depending on model, year, variant and market.
If you're unsure, contact us before purchasing with your motorcycle's make, model and year. A VIN/chassis number or existing part number can also be very helpful.
Can you confirm compatibility for me?
We can help where possible, but we recommend providing as much information as you can.
Send us the motorcycle make, model, year and, where available, VIN/chassis number and part number.
For particularly important or complex components, professional confirmation may be appropriate before ordering.
Can I see more photos?
In many cases, yes.
If you need additional photographs of a particular used part, contact us before purchasing and we'll do our best to provide them.
Are used parts guaranteed to be perfect?
No.
Used parts have previously been used on a motorcycle and may show normal signs of use.
We aim to accurately describe the condition of our parts and highlight significant issues that we're aware of.
If condition is particularly important to you, ask us for additional photographs or information before purchasing.
Do you sell parts for all motorcycle brands?
Our inventory changes constantly.
We may have parts for a wide range of motorcycle manufacturers, but availability depends on what motorcycles and parts are currently in stock.
If you're looking for something specific, contact us even if you can't find it on the website.
I can't find the part I need. Can you help?
Absolutely.
Send us the details of the motorcycle and the part you're looking for.
Include the make, model, year, part name and part number if available.
We may have the part in stock but not yet listed, or we may be able to source it.
