MyTools has the following delivery expectation:
· 3 working days for goods able to be placed in standard courier bags anywhere on mainland New Zealand
· 7 working days for goods requiring road freighting anywhere on mainland New Zealand (in both cases RD can increase these timeframes)
All items purchased from MyTools will be delivered for free (unless stated otherwise - North and South Islands only,excluding Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chathams & Stewart Island).
Tracking information will be forwarded to you with confirmation of order. This information can be used in conjunction with the freight company's tracking facilities.
Please ensure to provide your complete address, including any business name should there be one. If your address is incomplete we will contact you as soon as practicable to make corrections. This may incur a fee if the courier charges us for a 2nd delivery.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes (some isolated geographic exceptions), as we ONLY use courier services, not post.
If multiple items are purchased from MyTools in a single transaction, it is possible the goods will be dispatched from more than one location. Inquiries on freight will only be conducted after the expiry of the standard delivery expectation and not within that time-frame if one or more items are outstanding.
