The goods are delivered by courier. The delivery times are expected to be next working day in the North Island and two working days in the South Island.
Rural Delivery will add another working day. Delivery can only be made to a physical address. Couriers cannot deliver to a Post Office Box.
Please make sure your delivery address includes a Postcode and a phone number so that the driver can contact you if there is a problem.
Please check the lights for damage when they are delivered and let us know of any problem as soon as possible. Claims made weeks or months later are not covered by transit insurance and may not be accepted.
