| | Item arrived in good time but with an incorrect component.
After supplying all requested photos, I hoped for a speedy replacement however there have been delays with emails as the NZ distributor communicates with the Chinese supplier. A replacement part or whole product should have been sent immediately. Have now been offered a refund but I don’t have time to go through the whole,e buying process again and receive another wall bracket before we head to the house where we want to install it. |
