Shipping
We ship orders very next working day after payment clearance. It takes 1 - 2 working days for non-rural Address and 2 - 4 working days for rural address after shipping except heavy items (Some Heavy items require more days)
Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas, Public Holidays, etc. If order has been placed on weekend or on public holidays it will be dispatched on next working day.
Tracking:
All orders are shipped via track and trace courier service.
P.O. Boxes:
Yes, we send on PO Boxes.
GST TAX INVOICES:
GST Invoice will be provided On Demand
Undeliverable address & returned items:
If an order is returned back to our warehouse for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, NZHUB reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for re-delivering the order.
Damaged and Missing Parcels:
We can send a replacement or can lodge an inquiry for you, If you receive a damaged parcel or the tracking shows delivered while you haven't received the parcel please contact us,
In case of damaged item, receiver should check the parcel thoroughly before signing the consignment. We reserve the right to decline replacement/refund if consignment signed as “good order” at the time of delivery.
Receiver can also decline delivery if courier driver insist to sign it before checking the damage. In this case, please report back to us and we will complain for that driver to courier management.

Combine shipping:
Yes, but additional shipping will be charged according to size and address! Please ask before placing order. (High Volume items may incur extra charges or cannot be combined at all)
