How long do orders take to be delivered? We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your requested products to the shipping address specified in your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Rural delivery can attract a longer time period area. Please though allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. Christmas closures of our supply warehouses may also increase delivery times.
What do I do if a faulty item is received?
We will ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand Acts are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced.We will cover the cost of returning the item to youThe cost of returning the faulty item to us is to be paid by the customer. We will cover the cost of returning the item to you.
Please contact us with details of the fault prior to returning the item.
When something is wrong with the order received?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order email us and we will sort it out for you.
