ORDER PROCESSING and SHIPPING TIMES
We offer a large number of products and all of them will be shipped from within New Zealand.
A lot of products are located in our warehouse in Dairy Flat, Auckland and some products are shipped from warehouses located across New Zealand.
We aim to ship your order on the same day or on the next business day. Some warehouses around NZ take a bit longer to ship
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item is shipped. If you don't receive any tracking details please check your spam box and failing that please contact us.
Any delivery delays due to couriers are beyond our control and the fastest route to resolution will be for you to contact the courier directly with the tracking details supplied to organise the delivery of your purchase.
Extra large items, like big tents, sometimes, can take a little longer to be delivered as we need to use specialised bulk freight companies
COMBINING SHIPPING
We will combine shipping if you purchase more than one item.
You just need to pick the most expensive shipping option for 1 item and you won't need to pay for the other items
Most expensive shipping cost must be paid by the customer and we will cover the rest (eg. if you purchase a tent and a sleeping bag - you only pay the shipping for the tent and we will send you both items).
Important to Australian Customers: If you want something to be shipped to Australia, please contact us prior to make a purchase to get a quote on the shipping cost
Please be aware if your order is being delivered outside of New Zealand you may be liable for duties, taxes or charges specific to the destination country. Charges imposed at the destination are beyond our control and we will not be held liable for any of these charges should they arise.
