Do you offer pickup?
We do not offer pickup as we are based in Australia.
Are the prices of items negotiable?
Prices are fixed in our Trade Me store, and we do not offer discounts for purchasing multiple items.
The price of the item has changed.
Prices can change without notice. All charges are in NZD. Non-Australian currency amounts are approximate and based on exchange rates. We regularly hold sales, promotions or clearance events for different seasons and product range changes, therefore prices can, and will change from time to time however we are not obligated to honour previous prices; only those published at the time of purchase apply.
Can you hold an item for later payment?
We require immediate payment after you commit to purchase. We cannot hold items for future payment.
How do I pay for my item?
You can pay securely via Ping using your Visa, Mastercard, bank account, or Ping balance. Payment is processed immediately through the Trade Me store. If you don’t have a Ping account, sign up at www.trademe.co.nz.
How much is postage?
Postage costs are listed for each item and are calculated based on size, weight, and postal code.
Will international orders incur customs or duty charges?
The supplier responsible for collecting and returning GST is ‘Trade Me Limited’, GST number 072-491-386. GST on the goods is paid by the buyer at the time of purchase and is not payable later upon import.
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility. On purchases where the total value is over $1,000 NZD (shipping costs are excluded from this), customs may charge the buyer any applicable tariff duties, import entry transaction fees and biosecurity system entry levies at the border. GST will also apply to these additional customs charges.

If you refuse to pay these charges, the parcel may be abandoned, and we are not responsible for any loss. We cannot mark orders as gifts to reduce customs fees, as this is illegal.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of payment. Handling times for specific items are noted in the listings. You will receive an email confirmation with an estimated arrival date. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a notification via Trade Me and an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information usually becomes available after 9pm NZST on the shipping day.
Can you change my shipping address?
We cannot change the shipping address once an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly. Ensure your address is correct in your Trade Me account before placing an order. Confirm your address twice. If you need to correct an address error, contact us via Trade Me Messages immediately, and we will try to intercept the order.
How do I return my items?
Refer to the Returns section in our Store Help menu for details on returning items.
My tracking shows the parcel has been delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
All deliveries require a signature. If you’re not home, the driver will leave a card with further instructions. Contact us via Trade Me Messages if you have issues with your delivery.
